- 7.5 no.s Egg
- 105 g Wheat Flour
- 45 g Cocoa Powder
- 75 g Baking Powder
- 23 g Melted Dark Couverture
- 105 g Walnuts Chopped
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1Cream butter and sugar.

Step 2Add eggs slowly. Fold in the dry ingredients with walnuts.

Step 3Mix the melted chocolate.

Step 4Pour in the greased and lined mould.

Step 5Bake at 160-180°C in convection oven.
