Not at all! The Cake Engineering Program is designed to welcome complete beginners as well as experienced bakers. We start from the very foundations and progressively build up to advanced techniques, so you'll never feel lost regardless of where you're starting from.
2. What will I learn in these 5 weeks?
You'll cover 6 comprehensive modules including Foundation Cakes, Whipping Cream and Buttercream, Fondant Art, Wedding Cakes, Structure Cakes, and Entremet and French Cakes. By the end, you'll be equipped to create professional-grade cakes across every style and occasion.
3. Is this program suitable for someone who already bakes professionally?
Absolutely. If you're already baking, this program helps you close skill gaps and learn advanced techniques like airbrushing, sugar lace, mirror glazing, and gravity-defying structures. You'll also walk away with a certified qualification to grow your business further.
4. Is the training hands-on or theory-based?
Entirely hands-on. Every module is practical and studio-based. You'll bake, decorate, and complete real cakes from day one, not just watch demonstrations.
5. What happens if I miss a class?
Life happens! If you miss a session, you're eligible for a practice session makeup within 2 days so you can catch up without falling behind the batch.
